This policy applies to all orders placed through gbtoys.com.au.

Order Processing Time

GB Toys packs and dispatches orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Sunshine Coast public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

GB Toys ships Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Standard shipping

  • Cost: $10 flat
  • Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days. Allow extra time for Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and remote postcodes.

Express shipping

  • Cost: $15 flat
  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days within the Australia Post Express network.

Free standard shipping applies on every order over $250.

International Shipping

GB Toys ships internationally. International shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, plus your destination country. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track domestic orders via auspost.com.au or the Australia Post app. International tracking is provided by the carrier shown on your confirmation email.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns to GB Toys because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, GB Toys will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

GB Toys uses protective packaging on every order to reduce transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, contact admin@gbtoys.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. GB Toys will work with you to resolve the issue.
