Thank you for shopping at GBtoys! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.
1. Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Standard Return Window
Our standard return period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. In certain circumstances, such as during promotional or holiday periods, we may extend this period to 45 days.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For change-of-mind returns:

You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product(s) must be returned to us within 45 days of receiving your order.

The product(s) must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, including any seals, wrappers, and accessories. Opened booster packs or sealed collectibles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to the risk of tampering.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will offer a store credit or an exchange for products of equal value, less any original shipping costs. We generally do not issue refunds for change-of-mind returns.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a clear description of the damage or fault, and photographs showing the issue (including packaging if damaged).

Once assessed, we will offer:

Replacement at no cost (subject to availability), or

Full refund including any applicable shipping costs.

We will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs in these cases.
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item.

We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
6. How to Initiate a Return

State the reason for your return and include your order number.

Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
7. Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: We will provide return instructions and may supply prepaid shipping labels.
8. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
9. Exclusions
This policy does not apply to:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents after delivery.

Products that have been opened or used (except in cases covered by Australian Consumer Law).
