Not so much the item being the problem but the store.. how do I pay for express shipping and it still hasn’t arrived? It’s been 2 weeks and nothing, processed same day and shipped out the next? you state express on your website.. extremely dissatisfied with the service, was meant to be a gift for someone 4 days ago and it’s still not even in my hands
